General Terms and Conditions of KEK Amsterdam, based in Amsterdam and registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under nr. 34375428. All commercial operations by KEK Amsterdam are governed by Dutch law. By placing an order with KEK Amsterdam you automatically agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All rates quoted are retail rates, in euro, and include Value Added Tax.

Privacy

KEK Amsterdam upholds its customers’ right to privacy and will therefore never reveal personal details to a third party. After ordering goods from us you can always ask for your contact details to be deleted, and this request will always be honoured by KEK Amsterdam. See last paragraph.

Liability

KEK Amsterdam can in no way be held responsible for any possible damage to a wall or other surface after, during, or as a result of applying or removing a KEK Amsterdam product or following removal of a KEK Amsterdam product.

Returns

KEK Amsterdam products are of the highest quality. If however you are not fully satisfied with your order, and wish to return a KEK Amsterdam product, then please send an e-mail to info@kekamsterdam.nl giving product order information and detailing the reasons why you wish to return your order. Your e-mail must reach us within 14 days of of the products delivery / your order. Costs for returning products will be at your own expense. Please note that you can only return a product that is not damaged and in its original packing. Refund of the full purchase price will be paid to your account as soon as possible after we have received back the returned product. If you have already applied some, or all, of the product, it is no longer possible to return it. By already (partly) using the product you have accepted your ordered KEK Amsterdam product; applying a product to a wall or other suitable surface is always at your own risk.

Complaints

Should you have any complaint regarding a KEK Amsterdam product please note that you need to keep the original product so that we can inspect it if required. You might also be asked to take photographs so that we can judge the nature of the complaint more thoroughly. Our customers are important to us and we will always try to find a suitable solution to any justified complaint.
